If you change your mind, simply contact us within the applicable 14-day period and we will provide instructions for returning your bracelet.
The bracelet should be returned in its original condition, together with any certificates, documentation, packaging and accessories supplied with it where reasonably possible.
For change-of-mind returns, the direct cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights if your bracelet is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to its description.

If our inspection identifies a setting or component that requires attention, we will advise you before carrying out any chargeable repair.
Ultrasonic cleaning may not be suitable in every circumstance. Where we consider ultrasonic cleaning could pose a risk to the bracelet, diamonds or settings, we may recommend an alternative cleaning method.
